About Tucson Transformer & Apparatus

Tucson Transformer & Apparatus was originally founded in 1986 under the name of Substation Apparatus & Supply Company (SASCO). Our company has many years of experience in construction of high voltage power lines and electrical power substations, We built a thriving business that dealt with all high voltage equipment relating to electrical power systems and electrical power distribution. In 1995, Harry Lang moved the business from Salt Lake City to Tucson, Arizona and subsequently renamed the business to Tucson Transformer & Apparatus.

Conveniently located close to the Tucson International Airport and very close to interstate highways and rail, Tucson Transformer & Apparatus has three buildings with over 20,000 square feet and enormous space for outside storage in Southern Arizona's well-known mild and dry climate. Our electrical technicians have broad experience in repairing and refurbishing high voltage and power distribution transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear and a wide variety of related electrical equipment.
